Ready-to-cook or fully cooked meal prep?

Both BiteTalk options give you a planned dinner and less preparation work. The difference is what happens when it is time to eat: you finish cooking a ready-to-cook meal, or reheat a fully cooked dinner.

Scott prepares either option in your own kitchen. Each dinner serves four and includes the entrée and sides listed on its menu description. Ingredients are billed separately at cost.

Choose ready to cook when you want a head start.

Scott handles chopping, measuring, portioning and assembly, and leaves labeled ingredients with cooking directions. You finish the cooking at dinner. This can suit a household that enjoys a fresh finish but wants to skip much of the ingredient prep.

Allow time for the cooking steps and check which dishes fit this format. Ready-to-cook availability varies by dish and is confirmed with Scott. The standard service prices are $150 for two dinners or $210 for three, plus ingredients.

Choose fully cooked when dinner needs to be simpler.

Scott cooks the dinners in your kitchen, packs and labels them, and leaves reheating directions. At mealtime, you reheat and serve. This can suit busy evenings when you want the main cooking work finished in advance.

Make space for the packed meals and follow the specific instructions left for your dishes. Fully cooked service is $225 for two dinners or $300 for three, with ingredients additional at cost.

What stays the same?

Both standard packages include family-style packing, labels, cooking or reheating instructions, and kitchen cleanup. You choose from the available monthly menu, and Scott confirms kitchen access, the visit schedule and dietary details before booking.

You can supply the agreed ingredients or add grocery shopping. Individual packing, new custom-menu planning and separate dietary batches may change the quote. Share allergies before choosing a plan, so the ingredients and preparation can be reviewed.

Can a visit include both styles?

A mixed preparation plan needs a custom quote. Tell Scott which dinners you want fully cooked and which you would like to finish yourself; the selected recipes and kitchen timing determine whether the combination works.

Choose around your actual week.

  • Do you have time to cook after work, or do you need to reheat and serve?
  • How many dinners will your household need, and will four servings per dinner fit?
  • Which dishes do you want from the current menu?
  • Would family-style packing work, or do you need individual portions?
  • Do your kitchen, fridge and schedule have room for the visit and finished meals?
